The bank has ignored my instruction to cancel a direct debit that they themselves set up on my account to benefit a company called veloura veloura who were paid 74.95 by my bank. I subsequently informed them that I have had no dealings with this company and received no product from them and that I do not agree nor have I agreed to any form of contract with them but the bank keeps insisting on behaving as if the bank account were in their personal name and not my own in that they make decisions to pay companies I have never heard of. Please help as I understand they intend to award more of my money from my account to this company despite the fact I have received no product. There is no contract that bears a signature nor terms that would satisfy a court of law in England existing between us and neither do I agree to any. Santander are acting above my head with my money.
