I was on the Mirco-soft web page looking to download MS Windows7. I clicked on the chat now as I wanted to ask what would be the better Windows operating system..Thats All I ask for..the next thing they said was if they could access my computer so they could check out what was wrong with my computer..they did and they said that my computer was in danger of crashing because I had some SERIOUS computer issues..then they advised me that the repair would be $399.00 to repair and whatever the cost to install MS Windows 7 which they quoted me a total of approximately $400 closer..I said no as I was on a fixed income...the tech tried to pressure me in to purchasing the REMOTE Fix..i SAID NO..THEN THE TECH said they would talk to a supervisor about lowering the price..Tech came back and told me that today tjey would lower the fix to $299.00, I said no..still the tech continued with the pressure for me to buy the fix abnd that my computer was in serious danger of crashing. Which is complete BS,I have a certified Tech who services my computer on a regular basis, and there may a few issues but NOT what Omni-tech claimed.

In my opinion since I told them I was retired that they could do a high pressure sale and scare me into making a purchase...

They may have a good BBB rating, but there tactics and people skills leave a lot to be desired..

I am not out of money but their people skills sure do lack..
