Sent for free trial. When it came I open the bottles intending to use them. I then noticed that the capsules were gelatine. as I am vegetarian (for health reasons)I cannot take them. I rang up the customer services to make them aware of making this information available and I explained this to two different advisors from two different products. Both (from about address)said that I have to post them back to the above address or I will be charged for the price of the product. Now this is not a free trial? I cancelled it. Which they ask you to do if you don't want the product. The email they sent to confirm that it is cancelled does not say that I will be charged for not returning the product, but the customer services have said that they will do this, but they are unwilling to send a returns sticker. This smells very fishy to me. Sounds like they will charge you no matter what. When I asked there customer services for the name of the company, he said it was Herkimer house. I said that is not the name of the company. He then started to get funny with me. I said what is the name of the CEO then. He said he didn't know. I will be taking this further. They sell under Nutra Green Coffee and Ketone Raspberry Advanced. Same mail out address of P.O. Box. The reply email says

Thank you for using Ketone Advanced Trial . This email is to inform you that your subscription status has been recently updated and any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled as per your request.

So I have now informed my bank and will be making inquiries as to who is in charge of this and will be sending him a letter personally.
