I joined the Military Book Club and received a shipment I did not want. I returned the book and have the USPS receipt and tracking number and I know they received the books. For the last two months I have tried endlessly to contact them about my refund and I have only had a generic 'email received' but no response.
I consider their activity to be fraudulent and criminal. They have $54 of mine which they stole.
