Doubleday continues to send books that I do not request after I cancelled their service immediately after starting it because I bought enough books to fulfill my agreement terms. When I send the books back they do not refund money and now the latest is that they send books to my old address and charge me when I have changed my address with them in May of 2013.
I also signed up on two different occasions with Columbia House and was charged and never received anything from them in the form of merchandise paid for.
This has been a serious hardship on my family as my wife is disabled and very ill and unable to work due to her Lupus and Heart Failure. I am the sole provider for her and our three children. These charges have my bank account to be overdrawn on several occasions charging an additional overdraft fee.
Please I would appreciate any help.
Thank you
