I bought the service for 5 years, paid in full, for services that included 911 emergency location services. MagicJack now wants $80 a year to supply the 911 services I already had included in my origional purchase, and thats $400 more on top off the $120 purchase I made. You cant call them, they only accept a online "chat" in which the can not do anything, at all. How can the get away with now charging for services that were included and paid for already? And charge a fee thats 4 times the phones monthly charges. What a scam
