Hi.. I bought a ring from zamel nearly a month before n I really liked it.. But what happen last week I found the stone on my ring is missing. I was so upset but luckily I found that stone.. N I went to zamel store store on Wednesday 28/8/13.. Manager was there n I said it get broken n she was like oh this is bad that happen.. I said yes.. So she was like do you wanna repair this ring or you wanna get a new ring.. I said no can please get my money back only bcz I'm not sure what will happen to my new ring.. Last time I found the stone but what will happen if I couldn't find it next time.. N then she said ok get something else so I was thinking to get something for my husband as a anniversary gift.. So she shows me some watches,, as that store doesn't have much stock bcz that shop is closing down.. So I only liked a watch for that I was also not sure n tell her ok I'm working in the centre I will come back let me talk to my husband but she was like no no it's gift. Ok.. Then I said give me 5 mins I need to talk to my friend with whom I'm working.. She said no no.. I'm listening you then you also.. Ok she was forcing me so bought it.. But somewhere I was thinking that may be husband will not liked it.. So I send a pic of watch to my husband.. But I was shocked he said I didn't like it at all.. I was so nervous bcz I had paid $150 extra to get that watch.. So the total was $475 I paid for seiko watch.. So I talked to my friend n she said you just bought it so we will go to the store n discuss.. We will go there I was so upset n really sad. So my frnd start talking to that lady very nicely but I was shocked when that lady pointed out my frnd n said YOU SUSHHHHH........ she bought it let her to speak.. I said I let her to speak but she again said her YOU SUSHHHH... Anyways I feel so ambrassing everybody in the shop looking at us.. She said what you want now.. I said I want my money back.. She said no.. I can't I said ok.. Bcz I was so upset n that lady also treating me like nothing.. So I ended up with just give me the difference at least n the rest give me a gift card.. She did that.. But I really want my money back.. I dnt need my gift card. As she was bullying me forcing me so I ended up with that.. But that was a broken thing that not my fault.. So it's not like I change my mind it get broken.. I need my money back.. I'm trying to contact head office in Victoria but I could not find the customer service number.. I don't know what to do.. I need my money back...
