I noticed a strange credit of 1 cent in my checking acct. The company name was IVOIP LLC and had a phone number. After calling a million times, I finally got through to someone. This guy sounded like he was talking to me in his bathroom. Total scam. Anyway, he tried to tell me that I signed up for their services (didn't) and that they sent an email stating if I didn't cancel, I'd be charged. The 1 cent was to verify my account. He swore up and down that nothing would be taken out of my account, but my main concern was how in the world did this scam artist get my checking and routing number??? Needless to say, I'm going to cancel my checking account immediately. So while they didn't take any money, I now have to go through the trouble of changing all of my information so jerks like this can't get my money. Oh, and then he said "even if money is taken out, we can get you a prompt refund." Yeah right. Look at their website! It looks like the biggest scam ever. The dollar signs aren't even in the right spot! So frustrating.....
