I joined New Call and have been with them for over 4 months from day 1 had problems with them overchanging. l went on the unlimited Broadband and was charged £120 for the first month which nearly gave me a heart attack and rang them and was told that l was put on the 25GB limit after phone calls back as they discounted my internet and wouldnt enable it till l payed full amount which l refused to and after numerous phone calls back and forth being promised l would get a call which never recieved and was always me chasing them after 2 months got sorted and first 2 months l got probably a month of internet usage as they diasble it and wouldnt put it back on and now they changed me £99 for last month and £170 for this month and after me calling them telling them once again l should be on the unlimited plan this company is the worst l ever dealt with l regret the day l show they deals online as l should have stayed with my provider but getting a cheap month deal is pointless as that amount of calls how much it has cost me to call the headaches i am just waitng for the day my contract finishs with them then l would be free and would never use Primus - New Call as its the worst company ever
