It is a gift card resale company. They sell the cards digitally so they request your pin and card number. Well I checked my cards before I put them in, and guess what. They came back saying that they are declined. They withdrew the funds off the cards.
Their representative has been calling me for the past two months begging me to try their site instead of the other ones I Have been using.
Well, first time I used them. They stole from me. They are crooks and liars. Don't bother with them. They might sell some of your cards but they will steal others and lie to you about them.
Update: 11/21/2013
Raise had nothing to do with the cards value being zeroed out. It was the issueing store, later they reactivated the funds after an investigation was completed. RAISE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CARDS BEING ZEROED OUT.
