I have been en employee of ppl since january of 2013. When they switched with jevs it became a nightmare. It took me over 2 months to recieve a paycheck in the begining then had more problems since july. They sent me a form stating they were missing a tax document and that they could no longer pay me until it was signed, my moms agent from pca came with all of the forms to sign and never mentioned anything about missing documents Once going through two weeks without getting paid they paid me a smaller amount than usual so I suspected there whould be more problems well low and behold after starving for two weeks my timesheet status online said GOOD TO PAY so I went on my merry way until my paycheck was never deposited again after 20 attemps to call customer service they said I had to contact my moms agent after tons of calls to her she said she had it straightend out and told me to work 22 hours a week My mother needs more than 22 hours well needless to say they have only been paying me for 30 hours I was never notified about how many hours I could work in the handbook it states you can work up to 40 hrs I never worked over 33 hours a week now I am recieving half of what i made before they do not provide you with enough information and never get a straight answer if they cant at least explain things I whould know how many hours I can work Something is definaltley fishy here and we need to stand up to these thieves at least they dont have to worry were there next meal is coming sooo tired
