I want to warn everyone about this group of scammers that call themselves Remosoftware – http://www.remosoftware.com/?utm_source=1793258&utm_campaign=affiliate_cj
I just got stung nearly $100 for software which which won't release the recovered files unless you call the company and allow them to remote view your computer registry, event log, security etc. You can’t install the program without their help and that’s when they sting you – they demand that they fix a larger problem on your computer (which is supposedly disabling the program from working properly) for a mere $240 plus ongoing support. Trying to get a refund out of them is like trying to squeeze water out of a rock - circular arguements designed to you wear you out so that you give up. Use their chat room to claim your refund and copy the conversation - it will be interesting to say the least. Apparently, none of the staff know eachothers names because they have 'hundreds' of staff answering the support lines. More likely it is a handful of techos who are working out of their mum's basement. What schiesters! Stay away at all costs!
