Today was the second phone call I received from this telephone number: 213-634-7750. When the woman first called me and asked to speak with my older sister, I explained to her that I didn't speak to my sister. She wanted to know if I had a number for her and I said, "No." I told her that I didn't speak with my sister again and she kinda got an attitude and asked if she could leave a number with me and I told her I was driving and could not write. She asked if she could call back and leave a message on my voicemail. I agreed. I erased the message. She called back today and again I told her that I didn't talk with my sister and I wanted her to take me off of their call list. She said that my sister would have to call to have my name removed because she listed me as a reference and that this was a legal matter. I asked her if this was a collection agency, she said that this was a legal matter and that my sister could go to jail. I said, "Whatever!" because I know this is a ploy that collection agencies use. My husband used work as a collections agent, so I am going to have him call tomorrow and demand to take my number off of their call list because we will record the next call and file suit. Because I don't owe them any money and they cannot harass me even if I did. They are breaking the law and there are so many complaints about this company and their collection tactics.
