International boundaries
ECMCPAL have not returned my refund from Puretime.co for the sum of $603.00 - item ordered was not in stock when I paid through ECMCPAL - so PureTime refunded money back to ECMCPAL - it showed in my account and I requested this to be refunded back to my credit card - now that transaction history has been deleted and I cannot contact anyone at ECMCPAL - they seem to be hiding behind this scam site...
I would like them to refund back to my card - no reply received even though I have sent two emails from their website - looks like no one is actually reading or replying to any concerned customers emails.
