First of all we went into a tour company to buy tour tickets in Charleston, SC, and was offered 8 tickets to some tours if we just listened to a short group meeting of a fantastic vacation offer at a different address,Yup we fell for it, to the tune of 2742.00, Went back to house immediately I looked them up and called and cancelled. We then went the next day to cancel in person, but NO REFUNDS, I then sent a certified letter requesting cancellation within 5 days, well NO REFUND. Why would the city of Charleston let this scam keep going, I'm from Boston and this would never happen in our city I love the city of Charleston but will never return and also will tell every single person I know about this problems I had in Charleston and I know a ton of people and they are all travelers. Thanks Very Unhappy Customer
