I sent away for two samples of an anti-aging cream for my mother to try at £2.49 each.Nothing was received but two weeks later £79.95 & £59.95 was removed without my permission 0n 13th. March & two weeks later two further amounts of £84.90 & £64.90 were removed on March 29th.. No goods at all were received & I was unable to gain any response whatsoever from the contacts I was able to obtain.
Surely this is a criminal act & we should all be able to take some legal action or at least get police involved?
What was the response when you managed to contact in March 2013?
Has anyone been able to get any of their stolen money back?
