I responded to an advertisement from company Hydrawhite; advertising a free trial for teeth whitening products. There was an additional postage charge of 3.00 GBP. I agreed to this by submitting my card details for shipment to the United Kingdom where I reside. They have now took out an un-authorised amount from my bank account. I have emailed the company which has informed me I have to call the customer service line and they will give me a full refund. I have told them however I cannot afford international calls. They also asked for an RMA number and I asked them to tell me where to locate this number with no response. They have then told me again they can do no more over emails and the only way it can be resolved is by phoning, which I have no means of doing. I stressed this to them again in another email and they sent me an exact replica of the first email. I have no faith in that I will get a refund after research into this company and other peoples complaints.
