I ended up on their website looking for tickets for the Book of Mormon touring in New Orleans in October. They do not disclose the service fees until you have submitted the order. I read the disclaimer page, and nowhere did it say how much extra they were charging. The tickets were $150 a piece, $42.50 in service charge and another $15.00 for FexEx. That is outrageous. I emailed them the same day saying that I was going to dispute the charge to my credit card and asked them to cancel the transaction. They claimed that the tickets were already sent to me. However, I can see from the FedEx site that they have not been picked up by FexEx yet. I put in a dispute with my bank.
