Received charges for phone calls from a facility in Broward County Fl. to a number that I had thought I had removed. I created the account to receive calls from my daughter in the Alachua County, Fl, jail. Was told that since this number was once authorized, I was out the $50.77. More over, was told that if I reported these fraudulent charges to my credit card company, my account would be blocked and they would re-instate it only receiving payments by moneygram or money orders. Tried to talk to a supervisor about this but was refused that option and was cut off.
