Registered in June 2013; surprised at fee of $99 to initiate, but wanted to play, so...participated and learned. "Won" lots of auctions for trip vouchers, restaurant.com and other such gift cards, companion tickets and "hotel cash" at very low cost. Site states they will fulfill within 5 days of receiving payment. To date, I have received only about 1/4 of the items I have "won"; while I have paid them promptly. I have my bank statements indicating that they have received funds, but there is also a small "transaction fee" added to each charge. This is not mentioned as part of the explanation on each item description on their site. I have written them 8 times; only 1 response (after I said I thought they were a scam) with a handful of codes they had promised to provide many weeks before. There has been no written response or personal contact or apology for delay whatsoever. The "customer service" is always unavailable or offline, no matter what the hour. I have told them I would report them to the BBB and beyond if they do not honor their written information regarding provision of goods.
