9 months of charges on my cell phone bill of $30-35 dollars per month. They claim I entered my phone number on a website. This is entirely possible but I did not under any circumstances agree to any exchange of money for any of their services.
Their customer service is horrendous and was unable to resolve the issue in any way.
I'm thinking of escalating my case to small claims court.
