Thought I was booking a room in batesville arkansas, and I was, couldnt find any vacancys on hotelsone due to the big event in town.finally selected one with rooms in batesville, booked the room then found out it was in batesville indiana!! was charged for 1 of the two nites!!

We do not offer a Hampton Inn in Batesville AR. You typed "Batesville" into the search option and may have accidentally selected Batesville IN.
Unfortunately, we have been charged a one night penalty for the cancellation and will not be able to offer a refund.
