My name is Lawrence Dennie and I received a call from Ross Daylor at Payday Loans America. He told me my loan had been approved for $5000. He then asked me to get a Green Dot money back card for $354 for 1st months payment which would be refunded. Later that afternoon he called me back and said we're ready to deposit your money I just need $500 for IRS which I did. He we are going to deposit your money now, check your account and it should be there. It wasn't. I called him the next day and asked what happened? He told my bank was not accepting the deposit and what I needed to do is get another Green dot card and put $450 on it to clear a debt I supposedly had with EZ loans which I found out after the fact. So far I'm getting no help from anyone. Seems that no one wants to touch this kind of case.Ross Daylor's phone# is 917-387-1558
