I have a charge on my CC that I do not remember ordering. I called the customer fulfillment center and they say I ordered a dehydrator and cookbook. I told her I did not
order this. I would have to pay the return shipping and it is a large box. She said that
today she could give me 5 dollars off the purchase price. I could not argue with her and I do not want to pay the return shipping for something I did not order. If I did order or accepted this offer, I was under the thinking of it was a totally free gift for doing some survey or something. I do not remember ordering this at all. I keep records of what I do order on the internet and I do not have any record for this.
They should pay return shipping if I didn't
order this and credit my account. I don't even remember giving them my cc number???
