I was thinking that after I singed up for this, there will be surveys that were waiting to be answered but I felt cheated after knowing that I had to pay extra for the surveys. And I cannot refund back the money. Problem is i know that I'm making a fuss about a small amount to some people but money is money! Everyone needs them regardless of their statues. Money has value and I think by the company ignoring emails for refund is wrong. It's fraud and it can lead to bad things for some people.
