I did business with this ecommerce business site back then in the year 01/24/12 last l paid for this company or ecommerce exchange an initial down payment fee of $195 to start the business online and then, $99.95 a month for a 36 monthly payments in other words pay them for 36 monthly payments of $99.95 and l believe that l did pay them already that sum of money. I was in $2600 l believe because they or ecommerce exchange had an offer when l went to my email inbox account this occur on 11/28/12 when l read it from email account inbox that all members who are financing their website have the opportunity to buy out the remainder of the term for a substantial discount of buyout special. The buyout is $1500 but since l started with them l try to save some funds in order to pay the buyout offer so that way l could finish off the 36 monthly payments of $99.95 but, l believe l did finished paying them off and l have been scam. I would like to know if l could get my money back soon since l just started last year with them. The site cannot be changed without permission of ecommerce exchange and it comes with a backoffice or manager's control console where you logged in with your username and password and make changes to your site but it lacks instruction on how to tweak it around your ecommerce website and ecommerce exchange you must call them to give permission in changing your site by using their design department who handles the website and controls of your site and banners and templates etc... I want my money back if you could help me get it back. I also cannot use third party marketing companies or website design companies or add anything to the site it is a terrible investment that l made so far and alot of money spent. The shopping cart of ecommerce exchange don't know what system they are using l try to call them to tell me but, the answer is no they cannot tell me or use the shopping cart with other e-commerce platform companies as volusion, bigcommerce, 3dcart, or other platforms as well. I believe that l have been scam and l have paid them already for the site or my site. Let me know what can scambook can do for me and get back my money.
