I Googled an error code I was receiving when trying to copy to a CD and the ErrorEnd solution came up. I ran the scan before I realized the fix would cost me. Ad stated it was $10 off the original price of $39.00, but I was still charged $39.00. Paid for the upgrade to get 24/7 support, another $10.00. Once I ran the scan and supposedly fixed the errors, I still got the same error trying to copy to the CD. Computer is actually working worse now then when I load the program. Sent them an email to get support and they are getting back to me within 24 hours!!! License keys didn't work when I tried to send the email either!!!
