Scam! I'm very aware of my credit and bills.These people called basically said the exact same thing as previous complaints on this site.Threatened to come to my work serve papers etc.I told them to email me proof to forward to my lawyer.They agreed but no email arrived.I decided to call them back and ask again about an email. they insisted they had sent it.I asked them what time it was sent?Tey put me on hold came back on and said it was returned to their inbox as inactive email.I have had the same email for over 10 yrs.They repeated it back to me correct. They use caller ID to get info on who is calling for which lie they tell.I didn't even give my name and they knew who I was without account numbers or info. all I said was Hi you called me earlier. hmmmmm. Please check your states statue of limitations on credit card accounts. Mine is 5 yrs.(Even tho the bill never existed) when I recited the law to them they told me I had signed a paper for bill collection up to 10.Sorry thats kinda funny I'd do something illegal and against state law!I'd like to also mention that I have lived in the same state for over 13yrs at the same address and even tho they did have my SS# they did not have the correct address or correct last name.They are convincing ACTORS but not quite perfect. This is not legit.Please everyone ask them to send you copy of bill via email to forward to your lawyer(even if you don't have one). They will not send anything because they are scammers and don't want to risk it.Write your States General Attorney's office.Word of mouth to stop these people from hurting innocent people!
