I never ordered this product and had never even heard of this company until this occurred. I received their three bottle face kit in the mail with a packing slip for $2.95. The packing slip had my personal cell phone (that I never give out) and a fake email address with my name and address. Then today I saw that they pulled $97.88 out of bank account. I called the customer service number to ask how in the hell they got my debit card number and the customer service rep put me on hold for maybe one minute and stated she had "traced the IP address" of the computer that supposedly ordered the product to an area 20 miles away from me...What a joke. She offered to give me a credit of $30 IF I paid to ship the product back. I can assure you I am not paying to ship a product back that I NEVER ORDERED to a company that STOLE $97.88 out of my bank account for a PARTIAL CREDIT. I told her that I had filed a claim with Wells Fargo's fraud department. Only then did she say that my bank could call them to work out the situation. However, I will leave that to my bank's fraud department. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. The BBB site says there are 59 recent complaints against AuraVie. Apparently not much is being done about this since they continue to screw people over and remain in business. There are countless complaints of this nature about AuraVie all over the Internet and it is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE that they are able to steal and scam people like this.
