Copy of my letter to the company:
Dear Jim B. CEO ,

I am contacting you at the suggestion of the representative from CCBILL.COM (Justin), whom was somewhat helpful in the monetary matters of my numerous complaints 1) False Advertisement 2) Fraud/Scam 3) “Partial” Refund. He answered the phone, by the way, eating some item that was bagged in plastic (it kept rustling in my ear as if there was static on the line), very tacky. He explained that I had “agreed” to something that gave me nothing but charged me $109.99 + $5.99 S+H on 7/05/2011 and 7/19/11.

Here is what I, as a college graduate and masters student understand that I agreed to; I ordered ONE watch that was suppose to look like one of the images shown on your website (Stylish Women’s Chrome Metal Case & Band Electroplated and Waterproof) for the price of $9.99. I understand that I was charged $5.99 for the delivery of that “impressive” watch. In addition, your site said that I would be able to accept a $50 gift card to one of the following retailers AFTER my purchase: Wal-Mart, Amazon, BestBuy, or some Unknown Fraud aunt Site. That was it FINAL transaction DONE DEAL.

In reality here is what I AM TOLD “I agreed to”, although I did not see it nor read it nor agree to it while ordering this so called “elegant” watch, because it was not shown to me during the check out process; that the $9.99 price was only good for 14 days, after that I was charged the “FULL PRICE” of $99.99 for the so called “stylish” watch. In addition, I would get another from this collection line each month for $59.99.

Back to the CCBILL rep, he agreed to #1 refund the current months collection billing of $59.99, and #2 refund $50 of the $100 that was billed leaving me with a balance of an extra $50.00 that I NEVER agreed to paying. I also have yet to receive that gift card. So, as I see it you owe me a $50.00 refund and a $50.00 gift card. I also would like the watch I ordered vs. the watch that was delivered (see picture).

You are running a scam website. Why do I say that? Let’s go back to your terms & agreements and do the math: If the retail price of this stylish watch is $99.99 and I already paid $9.99, wouldn’t the additional charge be $90.00? Why was I charged an additional $10? You don’t think your customers can do math?

I do not think those retailers would enjoy seeing their companies names on your website. Please issue a refund to credit card on file, send me the correct watch, and gift card or advise what other suggestions you have to clear up this situation.

Sincerely,

A VERY unhappy customer

Update: 10/13/2011

NOTE: I have multiple items for PROOF i.e. credit card bills & snapshot of watch, but this system will not allow me to upload my scanned documents or my picture (all are under the requested size).
