I received a friend request around July 15, 2013 from someone who said she was Danielle Lam from PCH. She used a picture of the "real" Danielle, so I had no reason to doubt it...at first. She claimed that I won some kind of lottery & was chosen to receive 3 million dollars, plus five hundred thousand a week for life AND a vacation to anywhere in the world for two. Clue #1, was the atrocious spelling. Clue #2 was so many prizes at once. Clue #3 was when she told me I needed to go AT ONCE to buy a money card for $699.99 to "insure" my prizes, that the IRS would reimburse to me, after they received the numbers from it. Clue #4 was that it was Sunday. She then told me that "Todd" from PCH would call me to verify my address, as it was difficult to find. He has continued to call me several times a day, with a threatening tone; basically telling me that I should beg, borrow or steal that money to give to him. He claimed he was in Houston and would be at my home within an hour, with the Prize Patrol. Clue #5, they don't inform you ahead of time. I called PCH Support and THEY DIDN'T CARE. They told me to just ignore them. This makes me think that PCH is part of it. They continue to send me emails by the dozens to play. A few days ago, I asked "Todd" for his phone number and he gave it to me. I called it back and sure enough, I got his voice mail. I have reported this to fraud.org, but have yet to hear from them too. No one seems to care that this company is fleecing people. What can I do? I am hurt, because I am in desperate need as my home is literally falling apart & I was thrilled for a minute that I "won". This is cruel and heartless and they need to be punished.
