I went to make a withdraw from my ice card at a ATM machine I inserted my and ask for $60 the machine said error 1706 decline so I tried again asking for the same amount the machine said error decline so then I call ice ,ice told me to call the number on the ATM machine the ATM provider told me to call ice back and have ice call them . ice told me to fax the receipt which I did ice can clearly set that
