I went to the ATM to withdraw some cash I inserted the card and ask for $60.00 and the never gave me any cash just a receipt saying error decline I tried again for the same amount and receipts Andy icecard saying it takes 45days to investigate which the receipts clearly show that I never received any cash from the ATM Machine I called the number on the ATM machine and they told me to tell ice to call them ice don't call ATM machine they investigate 45 days and they want me to file a police report on the ATM machine the police laugh and said switch banks.
