Approximately 2.5 or 3 weeks ago, I ordered a meat thermometer fork for about $6.00. Have not received it. On7/26/13, I was charged $54.74. On 7/29/13, I called the company. They claim I ordered cook books, plus some kind of oven. I did not order anything but the fork. The lady(Pamela)offered to take a few dollars off. I told her I did not want it. She upped the offer. I declined. Then she said they would refund the money. I asked her how much. She said around $8.00.
I asked why that amount. She said they charge a "handling fee". ($46.00 for something I didn't order). She gave me an RA # to return merchandise. Gave Az. address. Original call was to Ca. Company goes under names of:KAVI,Md,JBEI,RMC. Don't know how many others. Still have not received merchandise. Plan to talk to Post Office.
