I recieved this letter on July 26th 2013. Asking me to respond within 7 days and send $25.00 for processing fee I feel that these scammers should punished harshly by law. I checked it out on internet before sending any money. I work to hard for my money to give it to scammers. Concerned Wisconsin Citizen.
