my withdrawl is more than 30 days.
Contacted support many times it says it has problems with payment-arena. The client is not to blame the company is not regulated.

  • Please find below a very important message regarding your pending withdrawal request via Netpay.
    The Issue
    Please note that we will no longer be able to process withdrawals which were requested via NetPay (Credit Card Payment). The reason for this disruption is that the Corresponding Bank which facilitates the transfer of funds between NetPay (Credit Card Payment Provider) and your Credit Card(s) has ceased operations.
    Solution
    In order for us to be able to complete any of your future withdrawal requests via NetPay you will need to log in to your MyHotForex Client Area and submit your withdrawal request via one of the following alternative methods:
    Webmoney
    Skrill (MoneyBookers)
    Perfect Money
    Neteller
    Final Pay
    Payoneer Card
    Wire Transfer

    We highly Value you as a Client
    We understand that this may have caused you some grievance we will therefore cover ANY type of costs that will incur during the transfer of the funds via any of the alternative methods mentioned above. In other words you will receive the FULL withdrawal amount.
