I was sent a Offical Notice of cash award release for $4,278,000.00 100% per cent verified and would recieve only when I send $20.00 fee for processing I told them to deduct the money form my winnings then send me the money if I am the winner then this should not of been a problem for them to do if this a scam please catch them times are hard and this is not funny to build poor folks full of hope Please do some thing and then make them pay everyone on their list they sent the letter too.
