Called and they said I should have read the terms and agreement for this "free" offer. I was billed in March $69.95 and April $69.95. I hung up on the agent then called back and apparently he had credited my credit card $130.90. This is the amount less shipping. So I guess squeaky wheels to get oiled!! They are still a rip off on their offer.

- Unfortunately there are several companies selling a cheaper version of the original on TV; I've seen three different company's offers. The difference is the good ones (the original) have brass ends whereas these cheap ones have plastic ends. Doesn't it make you want to physically go there and go ballistic on somebody? I feel your pain.
