My husband enrolled us in this ridiculous plan back in March. Since then, I've only ever been able to get through to them on the phone once - two weeks after signing up to complain about the lack of cards we were promised, and was told we'd get them ASAP. Never got them. I also tried to get them to stop automatic bill pay, but that never ceased either. Ever since, I haven't been able to get hold of anyone. Now that I'm moving, I'm trying to cancel whatever I don't need, and AHO is getting the ax. Unfortunately, their phone number is no longer in service, their email is bogus and returns unable to be sent, and their website is protected from outsiders (i.e. needs a login and password).
This is absolutely deplorable. I want to have this situation resolved, but am at a dead-end. Please help!
