This is a US based company with distribution agents in the UK. They offer free 14 day trial samples of Dermajuvenate for the price of postage. Instead of sending out small samples they send out 2 largish bottles. In the hidden small print are details about having the product to try for 14 days but the obligation is on the recipient to return the items within that time in order to not be charged. The 14 days is from the order date, not from the shipping or receipt date. I ordered on the 16 June received a shipping order e mail on the 25 June and received my samples on 29 June, giving me precisely one day to try it. There is a complicated method of return which can take several days to organise. The company knows full well that the customer will not be able to fit in sampling and returning within their timescales. They are a scam company, misleading the public, accessing people's bank accounts without their permission, and using underhand tactics in order to take substantial amounts of money from them. Added to which the product is nothing more than solidified water.

  • On finding out Durmajuvenate is also based in Edgware Middlesex U.K.
I sent for a free sample of Juveneye paying the cost of £1.99 postage. The free sample came in two jars and I thought that was the end of it. Three weeks later the Company Juveneye took £83.74 from my credit card account. On phoning the Company they said I had not sent the free samples back within 21 days and they were going to take £83.74 from my account on a monthly basis. Phoning them again to cancel the product the said they would send an email confirming it, no email arrived. On phoning them again they put the phone down on me.
When I sent for the free sample there was nothing said about charging for the product. The company says there is a written contract at the bottom of the advert saying about the charges. On taking a look at it again there is something written at the bottom of the page but it is very small and printed Grey on Grey and impossible to read.
I have always been very careful when giving anyone my account details. On doing a lot of detective work on the internet I have found this is a SCAM company ripping off everyone they can all over The U.S. and in the U.k.
After contacting my credit card bank I have stopped my card and hopefully getting my money back, it took a lot of hard work contacting the right people to sort this out.
Dermajuvenate knows full well what they are doing they mislead the public into this underhand tactic.
They are a scam company out to take large amounts of money from innocent people.
The product its self is nothing more than water mixed with a gel to solidify it.
