Signed up for free trial. Was charged for shipping 4.95 and used patches for approx 10 days when a got a horrible rash on my arms and back. I took a couple days off the patch o see if it would go away and it hasn't so I called to get my money back. Tori said it was no problem and continued to cancel my account not telling me the charge had already happened. She even tried to sell me more patches after knowing I was allergic and broke out. Amazing. Once I got my statement I realized I was charged for the patches. I emailed Ashley and she stated they don't do trials for patches!!! Really and I checked a box stating I understood conditions. I sent a picture of my back and rash but apparently they don't give a crap. I'm our 98.00 dollars and have a horrible rash ill probably go to doctors for. SCAM!!!!!
