I was also scammed by this company of 2300.00.I dealt with a person named Derrick and Ruby Price which told me they would modify my mortgage to 2 percent and i didn't have to pay my mortgage for 3 months.I kept getting letters from my mortgage co. that they where going to foreclose on my property and Derrick said that by law they couldn't.Well guess what, its 4 months later and we are loosing our house that we have been in for 10 years and never missed a payment.After many e-mails and no return calls we had no choice but to short sale our house or go into fore closer.We are in the process of short selling our house.We are also in touch with the attorney general of the state of Ct. to see if we can recoup our monies.
