I received a call from someone saying they could not send information and my medical card and asked for my checking account number. Thinking it was for Medicare, I gave them the information. I found $392.34 had been removed from my checking account on March 5th. I went to my bank to find out who had taken it. I called and was told it would be returned in ten working days. It was not returned. Called on July 8th and spoked to Sean and was told to go to my bank and have them reverse it. They told me they could not do it, the company would have to do it. Since I have never received a card, I can not use this. I have just called for five days straight and listened to music for ten minutes and got a recording saying to leave a message and they would return my call. They have not returned my calls or my money.
