In September, I was looking for a small personal loan to help us over a rough patch. I submitted a few apps online but never completed any of them because we found other sources. BUT this USA credit offered me an unsecured credit card and since we needed to raise credit scores, I thought okay. They have charged or attempted to charge me $14 twice a month since then, despite the fact that I have informed them that I wish to cancel the service, since it turns out it's a card you can only use at their select merchants and it's nowhere I would ever shop. No response, they just continue to debit my account or, if the check is returned, leave me with the $35 overdraft fee because I don't intent to pay them for a cancelled account.
