My young adult son has moved in and out with me over the last three years. He had ordered Xbox live using his debit card over the phone and doesn't pay attention to his account activity. when I finally looked over it I found that they were supposed to be charging him 9.99 a month but instead were billing him 2, 3 and even 4 times a month with one of those charges being around $35 every month. All of the charges were on randon dates through out the month. I immediately closed his account. A few months late he signed up again without my knowledge and the same multiple billing happened. It took a few months more before I became aware of it and I again immediately closed his account. Yesterday he did it again. I was lucky enough to find out about it that night. This morning I checked his account and sure enough Xbox had double billed him, two charges of 9.99 in the same day. I called the bank and had them close the account. From what I've read from other victims of this scam, shouldn't Microsoft be facing a class action law suite by now??????
