This company has TWICe taken money from my mum (retired and living on State pension in UK) they claim to work for Microsoft and have taken over her computer on each occasions following which the computer stopped working properly. She bought a new computer then they called her again and because they insist they are Microsoft she fell for it a second time. Reported to police and fraud in UK.

Their address (or so they say) 50 Fleet Street Boston Mass 02113 or 7 Petworth Road, Haslemere, Surrey GU272JV in the UK.

I am soooooo mad that these people would take advantage of a retired person, they must be making a fortune. Phone number 315 277 2554 Harry Wilson or Mark Smith both with very strong Indian accents.

After I called them they rang my mother back and became abusive with her on the phone, persuading her to give them her card details a THIRD time (Yeh, I know) and now she is scrambling around cancelling her cards and all her accounts.
