I purchased all the charms (lives, time, stripes) for a total of nearly $100.00 on April 25 and 27, 2013 with the understanding that the charms were mine to use in the game permanantly. In addition, I have purchased numerous boosters, lives, and unlock tickets. I also spent hundreds of dollars (have receipts) progressing to level 294. There have been numerous times that I believed the game was rigged, and there have been more charges than warranted. But, it is entertaining and challanging. However, after allowing the game update on July 14, 2013, my charms have completly disappeared. I reloaded the game from iCloud onto my iPad. Now everthing is gone. Restore all or reimburse me King!
