I ordered a LV handbag from pricelocker.com after hecked their return policy in their website clearly.
I received the bag without any receipt/return label in the box.
The product is not I ordered. So the nightmare starts, I contact pricelocker.com; they totally ignore my emails, and tell me there is no way to return it.
And there is another salesgroup to do a followup survey: [email protected]
I told them the details about the complaints, I thought they would help me, but they just ask me' how about we give you 20% refund?'
Which means they can't do anything to help me get the product I was looking for or help me to get the full refund since they ignore my request totally -- how do I return the product?
Please don't buy any products from this website at all. It's a scam.
