I have done on line business with this company. Therefore,They have access to mu email address and credit card number.
For last two months they have been charging me credit card $14.95 on the 19th and 20th day of the month for"Haband Perks" what ever that means.
I called the Customer Services department to register my complain(TEL: 866-206-0751 on July 9th. The representative claimed that I joined their program by giving my email address. He also claimed that they sent me a letter to Confirm. I NEVER received the letter. All i have seen is a charge of 14.95 for Month of May and June. When i asked to speak with the supervisor, they hung up on me.
I called American Express to dispute the charges.
This company should be charged with unautthorised use of a customers' credit card and all the payments they collected should be returned to me.
How many other online customers have been subjected to the same thing.
I will appreciate your help and stop this kind of fraud.
