After several calls I decided to sign over several thousand RCI earned points to be used for civil service employees vacations at RCI resorts. I was told in this e-mail that we were cancelled for this promotion but I had already paid,via credit card, for membership in RCI.(?) The telephone # I used for Rachel Haynes was
